Heilongjiang Province adds two new cross-fly routes

On October 27th, Harbin welcomed the arrival of Chengdu Airlines flight EU1901 at Heihe Airport, marking the official launch of the new “Harbin-Wudalianchi-Heihe” flight route. Additionally, on October 29th, the Mohe Airport in the Daxing’anling region will celebrate the inaugural flight for the “Harbin-Wudalianchi-Mohe” route.

The two new routes, operated by Chengdu Airlines with a stop at Wudalianchi Airport, will each offer one round trip daily, with flight times estimated at approximately two hours. The “Harbin-Wudalianchi-Heihe” route will operate four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, following the flight schedule of EU1901/EU1902. The outbound flight is expected to leave Harbin at 1:15 PM, reaching Wudalianchi at 2:15 PM, followed by a departure from Wudalianchi at 2:55 PM and an arrival in Heihe at 4:00 PM. The return flights will leave Heihe at 4:40 PM, arrive in Wudalianchi at 5:45 PM, and then depart Wudalianchi at 6:25 PM to return to Harbin by 7:30 PM.

Meanwhile, the “Harbin-Wudalianchi-Mohe” route will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays under flight numbers EU2823/EU2824. The outbound schedule indicates a departure from Harbin at 1:15 PM, arriving at Wudalianchi at 2:15 PM, then flying to Mohe at 3:00 PM and reaching there by 4:05 PM. On the return leg, the flight will leave Mohe at 4:45 PM, get to Wudalianchi at 5:50 PM, and depart Wudalianchi at 6:30 PM, landing back in Harbin at 7:30 PM.

With its unique natural conditions and diverse tourism resources, Heilongjiang Province has a promising aviation market. Looking ahead, the Heilongjiang Provincial Transportation Department aims to enhance travel transport to support regional economic growth. The department plans to strengthen cooperation among regions, departments, and local governments, working collaboratively with enterprises to optimize the aviation network. This initiative is part of building a “fast-travel” transportation system to foster deeper integration of transport and tourism, all while providing robust air support for the upcoming Asian Winter Games.
